Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
For packages lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Claims approved as an error on our part will be fully covered — you can choose between a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

If approved:
- Replacements ship within 3 business days, or
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.
When Refunds or Replacements Don’t Apply
Certain situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once a new address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed Packages: Orders returned because they were not claimed are also subject to reshipment fees.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
- Customs Rejection: Orders returned or destroyed due to customs refusal are not refundable.
- Order in Production: Once an item has been accepted and prepared by our fulfillment team, it can’t be canceled or refunded.
- Product Discontinued or Out of Stock: We can’t offer compensation for discontinued or long-term out-of-stock items.
- Uncollected FedEx Deliveries: If FedEx cannot deliver your package due to incorrect address, missing contact info, unpaid duties, or refusal, the shipment may be destroyed by the carrier. In these cases, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Note: To exercise your right to cancel or return under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you must first accept delivery of the order. Refusing delivery does not qualify as a valid cancellation.
