How to Do the Flow Ritual
- Morning: Nourish. Start your day with a glass of water and 2 teaspoons of greens blended into a smoothie or juice.
- In the shower: Cleanse. Lather the Luffa Bar over damp skin in gentle circles.
- Exfoliate & massage (1 to 3 times per week). Massage the Coffee Scrub over skin using long, gentle, upward strokes toward the heart, starting at the feet and working up. Rinse well.
- Finish. Pat dry and follow with your favorite body cream or oil.

Does this kit help with lymphatic drainage?
This kit does not drain the lymphatic system, and no product can. It's designed as a self-care body ritual inspired by popular at-home routines that pair exfoliation with gentle, upward massage strokes, so you feel refreshed and lighter. If you have ongoing swelling, please talk to your doctor.
How often should I use the scrub?
One to three times per week. Use the Luffa Bar on other days for gentle daily cleansing.
Are these full-size products?
Yes. Each item in the kit is the same full-size product we sell individually: a 4 oz Luffa Bar, a 4 oz Coffee Scrub, and an 8.8 oz container of Greens.
Is the kit vegan?
No. The Greens contain bee pollen and royal jelly, so they are vegetarian but not vegan. The Luffa Bar is vegetarian, but we can't certify it as vegan because ingredients like stearic acid can come from plant or animal sources.
Will the items ship together?
Items may arrive in more than one package, since each is packed fresh by our fulfillment partner.
Important Product Notes
- The Greens contain bee pollen and royal jelly. Do not use if allergic to bee products or pollen, or if you have asthma.
- The Greens also contain barley malt and cereal grasses (barley, kamut, oat, rye, and wheat grass) and are not labeled gluten-free.
- Some herbs in the Greens, including ginkgo, ginseng, green tea, and licorice, can interact with blood thinners, blood pressure medications, and others. Check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
- The Coffee Scrub contains coconut oil and peppermint essential oil. Avoid contact with eyes, and use within 14 days of opening for best freshness.
- Do not use exfoliating products on broken, sunburned, or irritated skin.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
For packages lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Claims approved as an error on our part will be fully covered — you can choose between a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
To start a claim, please email our support team with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short explanation of what happened
Once reviewed, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Replacements ship within 3 business days, or
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.
When Refunds or Replacements Don’t Apply
Certain situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once a new address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed Packages: Orders returned because they were not claimed are also subject to reshipment fees.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
- Customs Rejection: Orders returned or destroyed due to customs refusal are not refundable.
- Order in Production: Once an item has been accepted and prepared by our fulfillment team, it can’t be canceled or refunded.
- Product Discontinued or Out of Stock: We can’t offer compensation for discontinued or long-term out-of-stock items.
- Uncollected FedEx Deliveries: If FedEx cannot deliver your package due to incorrect address, missing contact info, unpaid duties, or refusal, the shipment may be destroyed by the carrier. In these cases, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Note: To exercise your right to cancel or return under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you must first accept delivery of the order. Refusing delivery does not qualify as a valid cancellation.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Check your account — some refunds are issued as credits.
- If you requested a direct refund, check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
